We clean homes around Fort Mill
Our home base is Fort Mill, and we take jobs on both sides of the state line.
Fort Mill sits right on the state line, with Charlotte just to the north. We are close to the new home communities in Baxter Village and Tega Cay, and Rock Hill and Pineville are a short drive away. A builder's model and an older house going on the market need different cleans, but both have to be ready for buyers.
New builds need cleaning more than once
There is a lot of new construction around Fort Mill and Tega Cay. A new house needs cleaning more than once before anyone lives in it. First comes a rough clean in the middle of the build, then a final clean before the buyer walk-through. If the house sits as inventory, it needs another pass before it shows. In spring, pine pollen settles on sills and porches in a yellow film, and red clay from the lot finds its way onto new floors.
Resale homes need a different clean
An older house going on the market in Rock Hill or Matthews has different problems than a new build. It has lived-in grime on the baseboards and around the stove, and once the owners move out, dust settles on every empty surface. Vacant listing prep takes care of that before the photographer comes, and a listing refresh cleans it again if the house stays on the market.
