Fort Mill has grown fast, and most of that growth is new subdivisions on land that was woods and farm fields not long ago. So a lot of the houses we walk into here are brand new, with a model home at the front of the community. That is the work we know best. Candee spent eighteen years in builder sales and marketing. A new house is dirty in ways a lived-in house never is. Drywall dust settles on every ledge and inside every cabinet box, and it keeps drifting out of the vents after the first clean. Skip the rough clean and the trades walk that mess through the whole house, which makes the final clean slower and harder to get right.
