We are Candee and Kaili, a mother and daughter team based in Fort Mill, SC. KC Premier Cleaning Co. is family owned and operated, and we clean for home builders, REALTORS and homeowners.
Candee spent eighteen years in builder sales and marketing and is a licensed REALTOR. Kaili spent four years in purchasing for home builders, on the side of the business that keeps new home communities running.
Those years taught us how much presentation matters. Curb appeal makes the first impression, but what buyers find inside is what builds their confidence, so we clean every home to be show-ready.

A rough clean happens partway through the build and clears out debris and heavy dust so the trades can finish their work. The final clean comes at the end, before the buyer walk-through or closing, and covers the home from the light fixtures down to the floors.
An empty house collects dust fast, and every cobweb and dusty sill shows when there is no furniture to hide it. We clean the whole home top to bottom so it is ready for photos and the first showing. If it sits on the market, a listing refresh brings it back.
