A model home gets more foot traffic than any house on the street. Buyers open the cabinets and run a hand along the counters, and after a busy weekend it shows. We also clean before and after builder events, so the model is ready going in and back in shape afterward. Candee spent eighteen years in builder sales and marketing, so we know how much a smudged front door matters at a sales center.
Construction cleans happen in two rounds
The rough clean comes while the trades are still working, and it clears out scrap and drywall dust so the finish crews can work. The final clean comes when the house is done, with stickers off the windows and film off the appliances. The floors always go last. Kaili spent four years in purchasing for home builders, so we understand the pressure a closing date puts on a builder.
