We split our cleaning into builder services and broker services. Builder services cover model homes and sales centers, quick move-in homes, builder events, and the rough and final cleans during construction. Broker services cover vacant listing prep, photography prep, listing refreshes, open house cleans, and cleans around a move or a closing. We do not offer weekly house cleaning. Our work is getting a home ready for the next person who walks through it.
