What to tell us about the job
Let us know whether the home is a new build, a model, a listing or a move-out, and about how big it is. For new construction, tell us whether it needs a rough clean or a final clean. If a photographer or a buyer walk-through is already set, give us that date so we can plan the clean around it.
A rough clean happens partway through the build and clears out debris and heavy dust so the trades can finish their work. The final clean comes at the end, before the buyer walk-through or closing, and covers the home from the light fixtures down to the floors.
An empty house collects dust fast, and every cobweb and dusty sill shows when there is no furniture to hide it. We clean the whole home top to bottom so it is ready for photos and the first showing. If it sits on the market, a listing refresh brings it back.
Yes, that is our photography prep clean. A camera picks up streaks on glass and water spots on fixtures that people walking through miss, so we clean with the photos in mind.
